Amanda Resnikoff, MD, FACOG is a board certified compassionate, skilled OBGYN. Her love for medicine began at a young age, as she always had a deep interest in science, medicine, and research. She attended Columbia University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. Dr. Resnikoff then earned her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine and later completed her residency at Rutgers NJMS (formerly UMDNJ). Her passion throughout her OB/GYN training was primarily dedicated to obstetrics, a collaborative approach to choices in childbirth, high-risk pregnancy, and evidenced-based research.
Dr. Resnikoff was trained by Dr. Andrew Rubenstein in her residency at Hackensack University Medical Center and has worked with our team since 2017. She is a proud mom of an adorable little girl and loves living in Jersey City, NJ.
Dr. Joel is a board-certified OBGYN MD who earned her doctoral degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Women’s Health at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY.
Dr. Joel’s passion for science and medicine started at a young age, having been raised by two dedicated biology teachers. She completed her undergraduate degree in neuroscience and behavior cum laude at Barnard College, Columbia University. Even during her undergraduate studies, Dr. Joel was excited about the prospect of becoming an OBGYN and spent time during a semester abroad in Australia volunteering in the labor and delivery unit at the Royal Women’s Hospital.
During medical school, Dr. Joel conducted research projects aspiring to improve the management of obstetric hemorrhage and was awarded a blue ribbon for her poster presentation at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Annual Meeting. During residency, Dr. Joel was the recipient of the Resident Award from the Society for Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Joel currently resides in Bergen County and in her free time loves spending time with her family.
Kristin Mallon is a certified nurse midwife and certified obstetrical nurse. She attended the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate degree, Johns Hopkins for her BSN and NYU for her Master’s degree. She has worked in high risk obstetrics since 2012.
She is a certified breast health educator and has published a breastfeeding resource handbook. She was an adjunct professor at NYU and Monmouth University. She enjoys her time reading, playing sports and hanging with her family in North Jersey.
